Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: This includes but is not limited to the maintenance of the roadbed, pavement, bridges, protective facilities, rainwater drainage facilities, greening and other facilities of the 62 rural roads in Zhuqiao Town, as well as the cleaning and upkeep of the roads, regular maintenance and repair of their minor damaged parts.
合同履约期限：1年。本项目起讫日期为2025年1月1日起到2025年12月31日止。 本项目招一续二。合同一年一签。每满一年度招标人应对中标供应商的工作进行考核，并在相同采购任务的条件下与供应商就服务价格进行协商以取得更优惠的价格，次年签订的采购合同价按照当年度上级管理部门下发的资金指标为准。如年度考核未通过或项目内容及价格变动较大的（超过原合同采购金额10%），应重新招标。
The Contract Period: 1 year. The start and end dates of this project are from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. This project is recruiting one and continuing two. The contract is signed once a year. The tenderer shall assess the work of the winning supplier every full year and negotiate with the supplier on service prices under the same procurement task conditions to obtain more favorable prices. The purchase contract price signed the following year shall be based on the financial indicators issued by the higher-level management department in the current year. If the annual assessment fails or there are significant changes in project content and prices (exceeding 10% of the original contract procurement amount), a new bidding should be conducted.

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：推行节能产品政府采购、环境标志产品政府采购。促进中小企业、监狱企业、残疾人福利性单位发展。规范进口产品采购政策。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: Promote government procurement of energy-saving products and environmental labeling products. Promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, prison enterprises, and welfare units for people with disabilities. Standardize the procurement policy for imported products.
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3、根据《上海市政府采购供应商登记及诚信管理办法》已登记入库的供应商。
4、单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动；为采购项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等 服务的供应商，不得再参加该采购项目的其他采购活动。
5、法人依法设立的分支机构以自己的名义参与投标时，应提供依法登记的相关证明材料和由法人出具的授权其分支机构在其经营范围内参加政府采购活动并承担全部民事责任 的书面授权。法人与其分支机构不得同时参与同一项目的采购活动。
6、本项目仅面向中、小企业采购。
7、本项目不接受联合体形式投标。
